Carina D’Amato is a seasoned finance and operations leader with over 25 years of progressive experience across healthcare, education, and the non-profit sector. With more than 13 years in Ontario’s healthcare system, she has deep expertise in public sector financial stewardship, system transformation, and organizational integration. Carina has led major financial restructurings, implementing province-wide standards, modernized processes, and strengthened governance.
As a board member, Carina offers a collaborative approach, a strong belief in community-based service models, and a deep respect for the mission of organizations supporting youth and families. She is a CPA (CMA), holds an Executive MBA, and brings both lived and professional insight into the importance of early intervention, mental health supports, and stable, well-governed community services.
