Kids Help Phone

Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only national 24-hour, bilingual and anonymous phone counselling, web counselling and referral service for children and youth.

The service is completely anonymous and confidential – they don’t trace calls, they don’t have call display. You don’t even have to tell them your name if you don’t want to.

MyHealth Magazine

MyHealth Magazine is a health and wellness program delivered through a series of interactive, online resources for young people (students.myhealthmagazine.net), educators (teachers.myhealthmagazine.net), and college students (college.myhealthmagazine.net), as well as managers and employees in the workplace (work.myhealthmagazine.net). 

The New Mentality

The New Mentality is a provincial network of youth and allies working to amplify youth voice to influence change within the mental health system and beyond. Our work is grounded in the belief that youth experiencing mental illness must contribute to building and improving the mental health system.

Webbing with Wisdom

The Webbing With Wisdom team is made up of three organizations: St. Stephen’s Community House, METRAC, and East Metro Youth Services.

The team is made up of three staff and nine peer leaders, who work together to create an understanding around cyber sexual violence, and ensure that the project speaks to the girls and young women* they work with.
