Auteur de Barrie, psychologue, chercheur et professeur d’universit\u00e9, le Dr Peter Marshall est le conf\u00e9rencier principal de l’AGA de New Path Youth and Family Services le 18 juin, \u00e0 partir de 18 h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au cours de sa carri\u00e8re, le Dr Marshall a travaill\u00e9 dans le domaine de la psychologie de l’adulte, de l’enfant et de la famille en tant que chercheur, professeur d’universit\u00e9 et clinicien. Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 \u00e0 Barrie en 1981 pour ouvrir un cabinet priv\u00e9, il s’est beaucoup impliqu\u00e9 dans les services mentaux pour enfants, y compris le programme r\u00e9sidentiel de New Path. Il consulte \u00e9galement la clinique judiciaire d’Oshawa et les services \u00e0 l’enfance de Sault Ste. Marie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Dr Marshall est l’auteur de quatre livres, dont Maintenant je sais pourquoi les tigres mangent leurs petits : comment survivre \u00e0 vos adolescents avec humour<\/em> et Cendrillon revisit\u00e9e : comment survivre \u00e0 votre belle-famille sans f\u00e9e marraine.<\/em>   Il est \u00e9galement membre du National Speakers Bureau, o\u00f9 il pr\u00e9sente des sujets tels que la r\u00e9silience, la gestion du stress, la violence conjugale, l’exploitation sexuelle et les styles parentaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
